McCoys named SEAT dealer of the year 2021

I am delighted to announce that we have been crowned SEAT dealer of the year 2021!

I want to thank all our staff for your exceptional work during the past 12 months and congratulate them on this massive achievement. It takes a combined dealership effort in every department to achieve this, so well done to you all. See below some of the KPI's that we achieved in 2021.

1. Consistent performance throughout; Ranked 1^st in 11 of the 12 months (all except January where they ranked 2^nd)
2. Only dealer in network to achieve their full year target in every model (while several dealers over achieved their full year volume target in 2021, the other dealers fell short of model specific targets)
3. Great engagement in the online SEAT internal auctions; Most used car purchases in the network via the auctions
4. Highest Parts purchased in the network (2021 Full Year)
5. Highest number of new car finance cases in the network
6. Among the highest Aftersales Overall satisfaction Scores in the network.
